Terms of service
These terms cover every inquiry Pejera Electric takes for wiring, outlets, lighting and panel work across Austin, Texas.
Read this before you book a walkthrough. It sets out what a licensed electrician working under the Pejera name will and won't do, how a job gets priced, and what happens if something goes wrong after we've left.

Service Terms
Effective date
These terms take effect on September 7, 2026, and apply to every visit to pejera.com and every job booked through it from that date forward. If we revise them later, the version live on the site on the day you submit an inquiry is the one that governs that job.
Who we are
These terms are between you and Pejera, trading as Pejera Electric, of 119 Workshop Way, Werkstatt 2, Austin, Texas 91826, United States. You can reach us at office@pejera.com or +1 (296) 555-4780. Every job is scoped and performed by Pejera crew, not a subcontracted third party operating under our name.
What this site provides, and what it does not
Pejera Electric does wiring runs, outlet and switch replacement, light fixture and ceiling fan installs, breaker panel diagnostics and labeling, and small office electrical, in Austin and towns within roughly 30 miles, on jobs that scope in one visit and finish in one or two more. That is the whole business.
We do not do whole-house rewires, service upgrades past 200 amps, new panel installs, generator work, or solar interconnects. If a walkthrough turns up a job of that size, we say so in writing and name who to call instead, on the same visit, at no extra charge for the diagnosis already performed.
Acceptable use
You may browse this site, look up a symptom in the Find a Fix tool, and submit an inquiry or a data request in good faith. You may not scrape the catalogue or pricing basis for resale, submit a false address or a symptom report intended to waste a dispatch, attempt to breach the chat widget or the inquiry form, or use either to send anything unlawful, threatening or unrelated to electrical work.
Ownership of the site
The text, the job photographs, the Pejera Electric name and mark, and the layout of this site belong to Pejera. You may quote a short passage with a link back to the page it came from. You may not republish a photograph of our crew's work as your own, or reuse our written scope language to market a different electrician's services.

Payment & Scope
Nothing is sold on this site
This site takes inquiries only. There is no cart, no checkout and no card payment anywhere on pejera.com. Any figure shown on a service page, in a marquee strip or in a reply from the chat widget is an estimate built from the stated pricing basis, not a binding quote. A binding quote exists only once a Pejera electrician has walked the job and handed you a written scope with a number attached, before any wall is opened.
An inquiry becomes an order the moment you accept that written scope, verbally or in writing, and a crew is booked against it. Either side can still adjust the scope before work starts if the walkthrough turns up something the inquiry didn't describe.
How a job is priced
Everything is priced in United States dollars. Outlet and switch work is priced per device, with the rate dropping per unit after the third one on a single visit. Fixture and fan work is priced per fixture or per install, with a fan-rated box upgrade billed separately if the existing box can't take the load. Wiring and panel work is priced per circuit after an on-site walkthrough; a standalone diagnostic carries a flat call-out fee that's credited toward the repair if it proceeds the same visit. Small office work is priced per circuit, with after-hours evening and Saturday work billed at a stated flat rate rather than an hourly markup.
A price changes only if the walkthrough scope changes, the wall reveals something the written scope didn't cover, or you add work beyond what was signed off. We do not add a line item to an invoice without your signature on the change first.

Warranty & Liability
Provided as is
The site itself, the Find a Fix lookup, and any estimate it or the chat widget returns are provided as is. A symptom lookup is a routing aid built from common failure patterns, not a diagnosis; the actual cause of a tripping breaker or a dead outlet is confirmed on site, with a meter, not from a description typed into a text box. We do not warrant that the lookup, the site, or the chat widget will be uninterrupted or free of every error.
Limit of liability
Beyond what a signed job scope separately covers for the physical work performed, Pejera's liability arising from your use of this website is limited to the amount, if any, you paid to Pejera for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost income from a business closure, arising from the website itself rather than from the electrical work performed on your property.
Part 04 · Terms of Service
Disputes
When access can be withdrawn
We can refuse or withdraw access to the inquiry form or the chat widget from anyone who submits false contact details, abuses either system, or has an outstanding unpaid invoice for completed work. We can decline a job at the walkthrough stage if it falls outside the refusal list on the front page or if the property's existing wiring makes a one-visit scope unsafe to promise.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or from work performed under them is heard in the state or federal courts sitting in Austin, Texas.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, the updated version is posted on this page with a new effective date at the top. We don't notify every past inquiry by email for a routine wording change, but a change that affects pricing basis or the refusal list is called out on the front page marquee for at least thirty days.
